Mossad
Mossad is quite possible the most ruthless and efficient intelligence agency in the world, therefore some find it suspicious they have never been brought up in the investigation to John Kennedy's assassination, especially when almost every other group in the world has been scrutinized in regards to the assassination. Michael Collins Piper released a book in 1994 saying that "Israel's Mossad was a primary (and critical) behind the scenes player in the conspiracy that ended the life of JFK. Through its own vast resources and through its international contacts in the intelligence community and in organised crime, Israel had the means, it had the opportunity, and it had the motive to play a major frontline role in the crime of the century - and it did".
Israel's motive was from their Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion. He was so enraged at President Kennedy for not allowing Israel to become a nuclear power, that in his final days in office he commanded the Mossad to become involved in a plot to kill John Kennedy. He also believed that Israel's survival was in danger, and so in one of his last letters to JFK, he said. "Mr President, my people have the right to exist, and this existence is in danger."
Ben-Gurion and Kennedy had been involved in an unpublicized, contentious debate over the possibility of Israel getting nuclear power. Their disagreement escalated into a verbal war that the press ignored. Piper believes this was at the centre of the conspiracy to kill John Kennedy. Ben-Gurion was described as a vicious man who felt massive hatred towards John Kennedy's father, Joe Kennedy Sr. He despised him for a number of reasons, one was because he sided with Hitler during the 1930's and the 1940's.
Ben-Gurion was convinced that Israel needed nuclear weapons to ensure survival, and Kennedy was dead-set against it. They struggled to reach and agreement, and so this caused problems. Kennedy honored the Tripartite Declaration of 1950 which said that the United States would retaliate against any nation in the Middle East that attacked any other country. Ben-Gurion, however, wanted the Kennedy Administration to sell them offensive weapons.
The Prime Minister became paranoid at Kennedy's refusal to budge. He felt that his refusal was a threat towards the existence of Israel as a nation. Ben-Gurion fought to create a Jewish State, and in his eyes, John Kennedy was an enemy of the Jewish people and the state of Israel.
Ben-Gurion then joined forces with Communist China. They began secret dealings with nuclear programs, and built their nuclear capabilities without the knowledge of the United States. Ben-Gurion built phony facilities that had no connection to nuclear research and development. Kennedy knew they were lying about their nuclear capabilities, and demanded inspections of Israeli abdication of their nuclear weapons. He threatened to fall back on the US's support and commitment to Israel. They reached an ultimatum. After Kennedy's death, all pressure on Israel in relation to nuclear capabilities vanished, thanks to Lyndon Johnson. Johnson saw it as beneficial to Israel.
